Manufacturing Process
In
order to manufacture the best quality Acid Resistant Bricks and Tiles,
we use de-airing extrusion technology. During the process, bricks and
tiles are burnt in continuous automatic tunnel kiln at very high
temperature exceeding to 1210 degree C. This process causes raw
materials to fuse together and form a compact mass, which results in a
final product with less than 2 percent water absorption. Through this
process, we are able to get the strongest and durable products.
